What We Provide.

4010 was built to gather. Our space began as an industrial building in South Minneapolis, and over the years it has welcomed artists, entrepreneurs, families, and neighbors. When we reimagined it as 4010 Events, we wanted to keep its character intact while making it a place where all kinds of communities could come together.

COMMON S QUESTIONS

& the Answers

Are candles allowed?

Yes, contained candles are allowed throughout the venue as decoration. However, open flames and incense are not permitted.

Do you have preferred vendors?

There are no required vendor lists for you to select from, you are welcome to bring in your own licensed caterer or bar vendor.

What Technology is available?

4010 is equipped with all your technology needs: zoned surround sound, extra large television, HDMI hookups, and more.

Is there an extra cost for set up?

Standard set up is included in your rental fee. We offer optional add-ons, including linens and vases, which are available for an extra cost.

Do you have security available?

We do! Minneapolis requires licensed security to be on site for evening events that serve alcohol. We can arrange security for you and include the cost in your event package, or you’re welcome to work with an approved provider.

Is there a smoking section?

4010 is a smoke-free and vape-free building. Smoking is allowed outside on the sidewalk only.
